док.воен., амер. закон "О выборочной службе [воинской повинности\]" (принят в 1967 г.; в соответствии с законом каждый мужчина по достижении 18 лет обязан в течение 30 дней зарегистрироваться в Службе призыва в армию; в случае войны из числа зарегистрированных будет осуществляется произвольный (по жребию) призыв; за неисполнение этой обязанности взимается штраф и/или применяется наказание в форме лишения свободы на срок до пяти лет; зарегистрированный гражданин обязан извещать о любых изменениях своего места проживания)Syn:See: -
